Warm-up Muscular awakening with joint exercises and fun, varied movement (bodysurfing, progressive immersion).
Analysis of conditions Ocean observation, analysis of surfing conditions.
Personalized instructions Definitions of a pedagogical theme for the session and individualized advice based on previous sessions, the day's surf conditions and your objectives.
Supervised sessions and support I accompany you in the water and from the beach, with frequent group or individual feedback and a friendly follow-up, to optimize your progress while keeping pleasure at the heart of the practice.
End of session Time to calm down, debrief collectively and individually, discuss your feelings and define areas for improvement for future sessions.
Equipment storage Storage of wetsuits, lycras and boards.
